Cancellation Policy – NewEdge Mobile Detailing


At NewEdge Mobile Detailing, we are committed to providing high-quality service and maintaining a fair and efficient schedule for both our clients and technicians. To ensure smooth operations, we have established the following cancellation policy:


1. Non-Refundable Deposit

A 10% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations or rescheduling.


2. Cancellations Within 48 Hours

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled service time, a 50% cancellation fee of the total service price will apply. This helps cover the time, preparation, and resources reserved for your appointment.


3. Rescheduled Appointments

If an appointment is rescheduled one or more times and is later cancelled, a 50% cancellation fee will still apply. This policy ensures fair allocation of time and resources reserved for your service.


4. No-Show Policy

Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service amount. This ensures fairness to both our team and other clients who may have requested that time slot.


5. Emergency Situations

We understand that unexpected situations can occur. If you need to make changes to your appointment,

please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you accordingly.

NewEdge Mobile Detailing is a mobile-based vehicle detailing service, with an in-person shop, providing vehicle value preservation and exterior paint enhancement services to customers throughout the state.


Opt-Out Instructions

You may cancel the SMS service at any time. To unsubscribe, simply text “STOP” to our shortcode.

After sending “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message verifying your unsubscribe status. Once confirmed, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.


To rejoin, you may opt in again through the same sign-up process used initially, and SMS communications will resume.
